Chronicles of Darkness - Revelations Chapter 1: Signs and Wonders
Wednesday Nov 07, 2018
Wednesday Nov 07, 2018
In the small rural town of Toil, Illinois, the summer of 1938 begins like any other—until the impossible starts to happen. Insects defy nature, food multiplies without end, and faith itself begins to fracture under the weight of the unexplainable. Three weary police officers are called to investigate the strange events spreading through their quiet community.
What they find feels biblical… and the deeper they dig, the more the veil between belief and horror begins to tear.
About the Chronicle
Chronicles of Darkness: Revelations is a Chronicles of Darkness (First Edition) one-shot story that explores faith, fear, and the uncanny through the lens of small-town Americana. Written and Storytold by Joaquin, this haunting tale serves as a standalone story of biblical horror and human frailty within the broader Chronicles of Darkness anthology.

Nathan from 25 Year of Vampire: the Masquerade stops on by to talking about running World of Darkness games on Discord, and we announce who the new member of Twin Cities by Night is!
About the Chronicle
Brian’s Diaries serves as a more introspective sister series—part journal, part commentary, part look behind the curtain. In each entry, Chris reflects on his experiences as a storyteller, podcaster, and creator within the Twin Cities by Night community. He also interviews people who are involved in the gaming community for their insights too.
Episodes explore what it means to run long-term chronicles, build living worlds, collaborate with players, and carry the emotional and creative weight of horror storytelling. The tone is honest and personal, sometimes humorous, sometimes somber, always authentic. Whether discussing past games, real-life challenges, or lessons learned through years of running narrative-heavy campaigns, Brian’s Diaries offers a rare, open look at the person behind the stories.

Changeling: The Lost - "Vanity" Chapter 29: Echoes in the Clearing
Monday Oct 15, 2018
Monday Oct 15, 2018
A quiet clearing is anything but. In the thorns, a tense encounter tests nerve, trust, and the cost of acting on instinct. Back in the concrete maze, a late-night hunt winds through curtain-walled corridors, dredging up old debts and forcing new promises. Separate paths start to braid—whether anyone is ready or not.
About the Chronicle
Changeling: The Lost — Vanity is a Chronicles of Darkness story set in 1993 South Florida. It follows Katrina, Raymond, Isabel, and Frank as they navigate memory, mask, and meaning after impossible experiences. Themes include the cost of survival, the seduction (and danger) of glamour, and the collision of faith, desire, and control in a world that’s equal parts neon and nightmare.

Changeling: The Lost - "Vanity" Chapter 28: Bliss & Bramble
Monday Oct 15, 2018
Monday Oct 15, 2018
Neon and bass thrum through a packed dance floor as attention becomes its own intoxicant—and a familiar gaze lingers too long. Far from the lights, the Hedge crackles with heat and purpose; ash drifts over a lonely clearing where a calm stranger in old clothes tends a burning camp. Choices made in fire and mirrors begin to take their due.

Changeling: The Lost - "Vanity" Chapter 27: Shadows in Apartment 42
Monday Oct 15, 2018
Monday Oct 15, 2018
Dusk settles heavy over South Florida. Isabel seeks distraction in the city’s nightlife, chasing noise to drown thought. Frank and Manny follow a lead into the wrong kind of quiet—an apartment gone still, a door forced open, and something waiting under a sheet. Between the hum of ceiling fans and the thrum of fear, the truth begins to rot.

In the heavy summer heat of 2011, the pulse of the Twin Cities beats slow and feverish.
The coterie’s search for answers in the Echo Projects leads them deeper into the North Tower—where secrets are wrapped in silk, devotion smells of blood, and whispers promise salvation. As alliances fracture and faith is tested, the Kindred of Minneapolis find themselves drawn toward a presence that calls from above—a voice that offers belonging, but hungers for far more.
Some will listen.
Some will fall.
All will feel the Call of Pan.
About the Chronicle
Dread is the third story arc of Twin Cities by Night, a Vampire: The Masquerade chronicle set in the hot and humid summer of 2011 in Minneapolis–St. Paul.
Following the events of Negligence and Homecoming, the city’s Kindred find themselves caught in new webs of fear, grief, and corruption. In the dark heart of the Twin Cities, power and hunger have never felt so close.

The heat of summer hangs heavy over the Twin Cities as the coterie’s paths begin to converge on the Echo Projects.
Kaetao watches from the shadows, William follows the pull of something ancient beneath the city, and Warren answers a call that stirs an unearthly connection between them both.
Inside the Projects, Lenny and Valentine close in on the elusive dealer known as Little—but hunger and circumstance twist their mission into something darker.
Each step toward the North Tower draws them deeper into the heart of the city’s corruption, where the air itself hums with unease… and not everyone who entered will leave unchanged.

The Echo Projects breathe like a living organism—four towers pulsing with tension, noise, and fear.
Kaetao, keeping his distance from the chaos, sends Lenny and Valentine inside to find a man known only as Little—a name whispered with equal parts respect and terror. What begins as a simple reconnaissance turns into something far darker.
Lenny’s calm and calculated approach contrasts with Valentine’s unraveling hunger, as the Beast within him finally claims control.By night’s end, two paths emerge: one guided by cold pragmatism, the other by blood and instinct.
And in the silent tower beyond the wall, something is waiting for all of them.
